William Xu – Design 5 Mid Semester Showcase

This project is related to filmmaking, cinematic spatial design, and narrative construction. The central theme of the project is the exploration of visual articulations of emotion through atmospheric spatial design, the principles of colour psychology, and analog motion picture scanning. To achieve the most effective visual communication, the project extensively investigates video compositing and leverages video as the primary medium to deliver a more immersive and visually persuasive representation of the designs.
